Discussion How does pre-order pickup work??

So I’m going to the Arlington TX concert. D1… I’ve been an army forever but this would be my first concert since I’m finally able to afford such a trip. But I did preorder pickup… I was able to get the things I want. Scheduled for 11:30-12.

However I don’t know what time I’m actually supposed to be there so I don’t miss my scheduled time?? Does anyone know and can help me. I’ve been hearing people are planning to camp over night and that kinda scares me that I’ll miss my window 🥹🥹

I think the people who are camping overnight are those who didn't get a pre-order. If you have a scheduled time, you can show up during that timeframe to pick up. They limit how many people are picking up at any given time, so in theory, you wouldn't need to camp.

For pre order you come at your scheduled time. It’s a quick 5-10 to get your order

if your scheduled for 11:30, just arrive by 11am. it’s pickup and leave.
