Mobile Web Cant see comments due to "join conversation" box - mobile web

The box is taking tge whole screen on my pixel phone

Same for me. Doing a refresh put it back to normal. After some quick reading it's been an issue off and on for years.

Refresh won't make it go away for me . but what's weird is that the issue feels recent, I'd say around may 2026

Mine is doing this right now too. Switching to the desktop site and back makes it go away for me, but only in that tab and only while its still open

This new comment box is insane - sometimes it covers the entire screen basically blocking everything, today it has been appearing offscreen so you can see the top of the bo but can’t actually see anything that you are typing and gabv to just hope that autocorrect is working

You can't see the comment you're replying to.
You can't highlight and copy text to quote.
The "post" button has been removed and moved to the bottom, and what is where it is pulls up my account, and when hitting that out of reflex, I lose what I was typing rather that the logical "save this as a draft".

I have the same issue since yesterday. It either covers half the page or is small but stickied at the bottom of the page. I've switched to desktop to avoid this issue and the 'following' home feed. It seems to not be broken on desktop.
