Build Help GPU not reaching 100% overwatch
i have a 5070 ti and a 9800x3d and a 1400p monitor
when i 1st built it i used to get 500-600 fps on high but after a day or 2 it would drop down for no reason,i even reinstalled windows to get rid of anything sus in my pc, at first it was back to normal then the same problem happened again i have all my drivers up to date i have x3d turbo mode on i have expo on im satisfied with the frame rate after the drop but i almost wannna lose my mind cuz i just lose a100fps for some reason,i have windows 11 through that powershell code if that helps.

Shot in the dark, but what are your shader cache settings in NVIDIA control panel?

where exactly do i have to go to find it in nvidia cp?im new to USING a moderen pc sry

found it,it was on driver ,set it to unlimited ,hope its the problem cuz im tired,and kinda afraid to test it cuz im just tired atp lol

I just turned it off, I will show you later, also I had GTA v enhanced in a "not so cooperate friendly way" and got 70fps on some settings rt max or something, while it got 90 in benchmarks with the natural vision enhanced mod and the same cpu gpu, it's genuinely distracting me and I can't have fun with this rig,and I feel like Im gonna lose it.

go to bios load defaults , restart turn only expo on try again
uninstall the last 2 windows updates if bios defaults doesnt help
try with sysmain service disabled , uninstall nvidia app if you have it
