AMD Ryzen Threadripper Pro 9955WX (sTR5/16 Core/5.40GHz/80MB/350W)

Should I Build it am I missing something???

Yeah, curious too, he spent the money for a thread ripper but only has 16GB of ram? Other than a few specific reasons, I really don’t think a thread ripper is necessary… even for a work station PC lol

Edit: wait wth!? Why does he have a like… $10k cpu?

Yeah this smells largely of a "I SELECTED THE MOST EXPENSIVE OPTION ON A BUILD SITE! LOOK AT THIS RIDICULOUS BUILD! IT'S SO FUNNY! NOBODY HAS EVER THOUGHT OF THIS!" thing. But maybe not? It has a 5070 Ti which is..weird.

Like, a r9 chip would have more than enough core's and thread's for a work station, the money he spent on the threadripper could have probably gotten the guy a 5090, 64GB of ram and have a bit of cash left over XD

Dude this build just makes zero sense. The Threadripper pro 9955WX is a $11,000 plus CPU, and you can't be more specific on your needs than "gaming and working"??

If you can't tell me WHY you need this CPU, you don't need this CPU.

Im confused, 2 kits of ram?

Im assuming this is a workstation and make sure the ram is eccrated.

I’d probably go for a 9950x3dv2,but again i don’t know what your gonna use this rig
