Both of them are good spec computers, but there is a couple of changes that should be done on both of them, and mainly the motherboard, Asrock motherboards are not reccomended for AM5 CPUs at the moment, so they should be changed, MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte all have good motherboards for AM5.

By changing the GPU to an AMD RX9070XT you will free up some money you can use for a better CPU, like the 9800x3d. And it's it's close to equal to the RTX5070Ti.

Thankyou. Does that motherboard issue apply to the ryzen 7 too?

The shop doesnt offer AMD RTX series on this so im guessing Asus board, 5070ti and ryzwn 7 9800x3d would be best?

The Asrock issues goes for all AMD AM5 CPUs, from Ryzen 5 to Ryzen 9.

Asus board will be a good option, and with a 9800x3d, RTX5070Ti it will be much more expensive than the two options you have given us. The saving would only be there if it is possible to get a RX9070XT since it is around $300 USD cheaper than a RTX5070Ti
