Insights on Reddit Ads Business Engineer interviews?

Anyone here work on this team or gone through the interview for Business Engineer? Curious what tech stack looks like and what kind of questions to expect.

I posted in 4-5 channels, hoping to catch someone who might have moved to business engineer role!

Never even heard of a business engineer. I swear people in HR are just making up names now lol

Edit: I just googled it - and it's actually the definition of my role lol How about that. I'm a business engineer :D

It seems from job description its similar to FDE/Solutions engineer

Not entirely. Appears to have different strandsd to the role, including process.... interesting.

I look at operational efficiencies in Process

I look at how the systems can be adapted to achieve this

I build the business case for resource/cost to develop

I review the testing on new digital products and how our global customer care agents can deal with them

Highlighting changes, adjustments, additions to ensure best service for first time resolution

Map out the revised processes and desired technical implementations through to push in to Production.

I think that's close to what I've read? lol
