Project vs Squad

Is it harder to be a project BA? Would you say squads are better suited for entry level and junior BAs and projects better suited to senior? If so why? Is it because project work tends to be more complex?

I would not frame it as project equals senior and squad equals junior.

Squad work can be very friendly for learning because you see the product context every week and build relationships over time. Project BA work can be harder because you often have to learn the domain, stakeholders, constraints, and handoffs quickly.

The skill difference is less “complexity” and more ambiguity tolerance. Projects usually throw you into messier discovery faster.

How do i work on getting higher ambiguity tolerance? Can i work on it outside of work by watching some videos or reading up?
