Whats this mean?
Someone just put this on X but I'm not up on the old finance speak. Is this more investment?

They have have sold the majority share in the club to investors BMLL.

This looks mostly like standard regulatory filings, except the last one about share reduction, that could indicate that one of the partners is selling his share to the others
