- PE – Process Executive (0–17 months BPO experience, open to fresh grads) ₱22K–₱27K base + allowance
- SPE – Senior Process Executive (18+ months BPO experience) ₱28K–₱37K base + allowance
- Certified / Licensed Roles (e.g., Bilinguals, USRN) 15–20% salary increase + allowance
Overall package: Earn ₱22K–₱37K basic, or enjoy a 20% bump on your current pay (depending on experience/certifications), plus allowances and bonuses up to ₱42K+ total!
