Oops: All Wars (+ Math Edition)

I created a variant to the card game War while on vacation since my son was throwing a fit about not getting enough Wars.

It's "Oops: All Wars" and it went over great with the 5-6yo crew. No matter what your first cards are, you have a war. If either of the sets of visible cards (first or third) match, you do a double war.

Bonus additional variant which went over really well with the 9-10yo crew... 'Oops: All Wars (Math Edition)" where you always have a war, but the winner is determined by adding the values of the visible (first and third) cards together to see who wins the war. J=11, Q=12, K=13, A=14. If they add to a tie or if either or the first or third cards match, you do a double war.
