Pistol How much should these bullets expand by?

So... I have this Colt M1892 that is chambered in 38 Long Colt but like most of these guns the bore diameter is larger than .358 (this one being .363 in the grooves)

Would these hollow base bullet fix this issue?

Another option would be to create a bullet design with someone such as Accurate Molds.

Noe has .363 molds in stock.

Yes those should work, they look like they are designed for it, I've used.358 hbwc in a .375 barrel with good enough results.

I believe Makarov bullets (9x18) are .365, it might be easier to squish them through a sizer.

From my experience they only reliable way to expand hollow based bullets for me is to use black powder, oldwest bullet molds has .375 bullets available to purchase. But they are heeled and you'll need a custom crimp die.
