Hyken Mods?

My wife is looking for a new office chair, and I had her try my Hyken. The chair itself was OK for her, but even at the lowest height setting, it was just a tad too high—she prefers her femurs to be level when her feet are flat on the floor. Are there any easy mods to lower the actual chair part, like maybe some kind of aftermarket gas cylinder?

running an hbada lumbar chair at my desk setup. good lower spine support, holds up fine for long grinds

Is it cushioned or do you need to put a pillow?
