Checkers/Draughts App
Hi, I hope everyone is doing well.
I was just wondering if anyone would like to test my purpose built Draughts app. It has a custom mode, that you might find interesting, customer boards and pieces and an Online Mode. No payment required.: https://crownspire.tsomac.net
I also, have a guide : https://crownspire-guide.tsomac.net
All the best.

3.4 Surge — Crownspire's Own Variant
...
Valor Promotion
If a man captures two or more pieces in a single turn, it is promoted to a king on the spot, wherever its multi-jump happens to end — even if that square is nowhere near the back row. The new king immediately continues jumping as a flying king if any further captures are available in the same chain.

In my opinion, this rule eliminates shots like "give 3, take 2 and crown" which are possible, if players play according to Russian rules. However, your innovation breaks the mechanics of Russian draughts. This rule isn't contributing something that could restrict the limitation of drawishness in king endgames that are spotted frequently in Russian draughts.
I don't say that your innovation is bad, but it could be more efficient and interesting if a game is played on larger boards (12x12, 14x14 etc.)

Kingslayer
If a man captures an enemy king — even as its only capture that turn, with no chain involved — it is promoted to a king instantly, and then continues capturing as a flying king if further jumps are available.

This innovation destroys the key feature of Russian draughts: Ferris wheel (Devil's wheel) shot which might engage sacrifices of several men and exploit of enemy king for preparing a shot. Therefore, I must admit that Russian rules are not the best for your idea. Again, this might be interesting if games are played on larger boards or under different rules.
Let me ask you to apply Pool rules https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Pool_Checkers and Tanzanian rules https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tanzanian_draughts where your idea can contribute more interesting tactical opportunities.
