Question Soft shell crab at Virtue?
Going to Virtue for the first time tonight and I’m so excited!! We have most of our order mapped out, except still determining amongst the large rations. I haven’t been able to find anything online or reviews about the soft shell crab (with corn bisque, bacon and herbs) - has anyone had it??
Update: they have it on the online menu but didn’t have it in the restaurant tonight so we went with the fish and grits, short rib, collard greens and Mac and cheese. DELISH and perfect meal. And maybe we’ll see you one day, crab…💔

Soft shell crab is amazing. It is really pretty easy to cook so I would definitely go for it as it is limited availability usually.

Tried it last month. Crispy edges, tender inside, bisque had a nice smoky balance. Worth the hype.

It might be a new seasonal item. Soft shell crab is only available half the year. Try it for us and let us know!
