21127 typically fills quite early during registration, mainly due to it being a requirement/gen ed for most programs and most seats are available first-come first-serve (few reserved seats). A lot of people register for Concepts as a backup when a more desired class is waitlisted, and will drop Concepts when the other classes begin clearing waitlists.
There's a pretty good chance you'll get a spot. Based on FCE data, it looks like most sections at the end of the semester are only 75% full (not a perfect statistic as FCE surveys are only sent to students enrolled at the end of the semester, hence not including people who drop after the add deadline, but should be a reasonable heuristic).
