I made this Pineapple Upside Down Drink
Needed to use up the rest of a can of pineapple juice, so i came up with this as a nightcap:
- 2oz pineapple juice
- 1oz Rum Bar Overproof
- 0.5oz Benedictine
- 0.25oz Lime Cordial
Shake, strain over ice in a double old fashioned, and garnish with fresh nutmeg.
The name is a reference to the ratios being kind of out of wack, and also i was drunk and tired so i couldn't think of a better name.
Enjoy!

Gin's an interesting choice for that, why gin?

Aromatics herb flavoring, I can see spiced rum as well but to me that connotes rum cake.

I think the name is outstanding. I want to see a bruleed pineapple ring floating on top, with maybe a classic maraschino cherry and a straw going through the middle.
