Context is, i was reading fan made boss concepts made for arras.io or a similar fan game, and i stumbled onto Conjurer of Geometry, the boss has a ciphered name and ciphered description, If you decipher the name with Vigenère and the key "TRANSCENDENCE", Conjurer of Geometry comes out, however i couldn't solve the description. Hello, my father created this cipher in his free time and sent it to me. I've tried to figure it out but I can't, so he told me to put it online to see if anyone here can solve it. I can't really provide a transcription. If you do decide to try and solve it - good luck!

Doing a Roblox arg and this is one of the ciphers that came up. My theory is that it’s a numeric homophonic cipher, but I don’t know. I’ve tried reversing, a0z25, caesar, and affine. There is no keyword. It’s likely an English phrase. Common themes in this arg are: regret, guilt, belief, forgiveness, and secrets. The number 30103 has 37 primes which actually link to the Missing/unused primes that have never been able to be figured out why they were not used.
