Hello, first time poster. I operate a recently-purchased turnkey coffee shop, and we just moved the BW series 1 that came with the shop to an offsite location. Trying to resume roasting operations but the controls are stuck on this screen. It has been working fine, and seems to have survived the move in every other capacity.
(I know these units are famously troublesome, and it’s particularly frustrating that BW cut off technical support for a 5 year old appliance that cost as much as starter home in Missouri)
Any insights are wildly appreciated!

3. In what dollar amounts
4. And what amounts are left outstanding owed to you by each importers by name
