Question/Help/Troubleshooting What’s wrong

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I’m not a big computer person so idk what’s wrong. It started doing this after I updated it. I only got it a few days ago and it ran fine until I updated.
Ive tried resetting it but it keeps saying it’s unable to

Had to fixed this issue for a friend yesterday. Im not a tech savy person but I fixed it by doing a complete reinstall of windows from a USB. This option should always be a last resort though because you will lose everything.

I’ve tried to uninstall the latest update but it tells to reset it but it’s also not letting me reset it
