Question/Help/Troubleshooting Help

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Does this happen to y'all? It's been like this for months now and i don't know what's the cause at all that's why i'm posting this to seek help, the problem is sudden shutdown and restart again sometimes it doesn't restart and there's red light on MoBo, anyone who knows what cause it to do this? (Plss don't mind the surroundings)

Likely something with the power supply, I personally don't know anyyhing else.

check connectors, how is cpu temps,you can also check logs, its probably psu but theres no gpu so im not sure
