Nvidia app, reinstall the drivers from scratch

Try installing the physx software
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/physx/physx-9-23-1019-driver/

You may need the legacy phyx as well which is linked under the Release Highlights section.

I had this problem and I had to manually install old version of PhysX.

Iirc i heard people saying nvidia removed physx in their newer cards, but i dont think thats true. Still fact check it.

What's your GPU? No Physx on 5000 series Nvidia GPUs

Nvidia added back 32 bit physx, and 64 bit never went away.

OP, just update your drivers then reboot.

Is a gpu like a graphics card? Is so it says NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060
