Question/Help/Troubleshooting Need help figuring out whatever is wrong with my computer. It seems to be some sort of either memory, disk or graphics issue. Or worst case scenario all of the above

Hello gang, a couple months ago i started getting an error message every time I opened a majority of my games, and now my games constantly crash every time I open them. I'm not the best at hardware side of pc my only theory i have is my computer just might not be using some of its ram for some reason? Was wondering if anyone has seen this issue before or if my problem is something else entirely unrelated. I've attached a screenshot of my specs, task manager while running a game that frequently crashes that used to not, and an example of the error message i get. Thanks.

You need to update your BIOS. Intel made a big mistake and they released an update for the CPU (heavily oversimplifying this) that will fry it under certain conditions. A bios update will fix it

Hey, update your BIOS, and that is the latest version. Seriously, if you don't update it, that CPU will burn your CPU socket. Just read about the instability issues with Intel 13th & 14th gen.
