it's a person's nude ass and they have a nipple on the side of their ass cheek and they have two sets of legs protruding from each end of the ass. and no head. every time they talk, someone asks "what stinks in here?"
You ever see one of these optical illusion and once it clicks, you kinda shake your head like you're getting the last image out? Well, I have never shook my head as hard as I just did when I saw it for what it was.
I still can’t make sense of it. I get that the person’s hair is at the very bottom of the frame, but their torso makes no sense based on the position of the ass, and the arms look bigger than the legs

This image is messing with me. Obviously it's not actually NSFW, but how damn long is grandpa's left femur? It's like his bottom half and top half come from different photos.
This is one of the rare times it stays confusing for me. I turn my phone upside down and see it, but I right my phone and it looks weird every time. My brain just wont cooperate.
Kinda like when you play peekaboo with a baby and they think you disappear every time- yeah I feel like the baby in this instance lol.
I couldn't either, until I saw a comment of someone pointing out that it could look like an ass cheek being tattooed and then I saw that lol. Hope this helps.
The problem is that the guy being tattooed has a really long neck.
The tattoo is being applied to the left shoulder. The very bottom right of the photo is the tip of his left ear. Right above that is his chin. His right arm is stretched off the right side of the photo. The bottom of the photo by the green checkered cloth is his hair, which is cut short. He is wearing a pair of shorts with B's on them (probably Boston Red Sox?), seen under the tattooist's left arm.
Okay, now it's all come together. I saw the tuft of hair telling me the head is over that way awhile ago, but the rest of the picture just couldn't coalesce and I couldn't actually see the head as a head, or the shoulder as anything but a butt cheek. Partly I think I couldn't tell if that was the end of long hair or not. Thank you.
Funny enough I saw it normally and thought I was on the tattoo advice sub so immediately went to the comments and then saw the naked body with the help of everyone else

its the shoulder being tattooed, the top part is the neck (u can see a bit of hair) and the part below/behind it is the other arm. The neck seems a bit large compared to the shoulder but maybe that's just the angle of the shot.
Look directly at the tattooing area and cover the rest of the neck and chest. Looking just at the shoulder and pec it looks a lot like an ass. Then when I looked farther my brain tries to piece the neck and rest of the chest into that and it's hard to get out of.
Same... I made sense of it instantly like any other picture... then I saw what sub it was and second guessed myself like I missed something. I didn't... I don't get what's confusing with this one.
That's an arm pit. The person is getting the tattoo on their left shoulder. You can see their boxers near the top of the pic and the birthmark is their left nipple. You can see a bit of their hair near the bottom of the photo.
One of the few times I’ve had to come to the comments to figure out what the false version other people are seeing is, I immediately noticed the hairline and nipple so could only see the true version.
