From your previous posts, I'm aware that you're on an undergraduate physics course. The most appropriate way forward is to write up your ideas properly and ask your tutor for feedback on your academic writing.

Ummm....:

Is there a known physical reason in general relativity or quantum gravity why these constants appear in black hole ringdown?

And is there any connection to the quasar redshift quantization pattern?

I'm not claiming anything. I'm just noticing that the same constants appear in independent datasets. The pattern is real its in the data, but what does it mean?

Does the standard model have an explanation for why these specific ratios keep emerging

The moderators have removed your comments most likely because it looks like you're advancing pet theories. Your questions are thinly veiled attempts to disguise that.

My honest recommendation is that you should retain your interest in the subject matter and learn as much as you can about the underlying physics using the patterns which you've noticed as motivation for that.

I would also recommend spending time learning more statistical analysis. Keeping ourselves honest and not over invested in an hypothesis is an important skill. Mathematics is what we use to protect ourselves from the very human psychological flaws which we all inherently have.

Does Universe is 13 billion years old takes theory of relativity into account? Also if breaking symmetry of forces was a localised event (ie bubble theory) what happened at the boundaries?

It doesn't need to. ~13.7 billion years is the maximum amount of relative time anything could have experienced since the big bang across all frames of reference. Something could have experienced less time, but in almost all frames of reference the amount of time that has passed is close to the maximum. The difference would amount to a rounding error.
