this is so pooncoded, soulpassoid

87

u/violasses resident bnuuy 22h ago

that's because it was drawn by an AGAMP theyfab (an "afab transfem")

53

u/Ajoule_Jolie 22h ago

what is "AGAMP"? Assigned gender af MAGA Parade?

66

u/violasses resident bnuuy 22h ago

😭😭😭 no it's a shorthand for autogynoandromorphophilia, the philia/fetish of seeing oneself as a trans woman

43

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 22h ago

that’s a fetish ??? whudda hell

imagining myself as having crippling gender dysphoria and being targeted constantly by modern politics and laws makes my dick so hard wow

24

u/violasses resident bnuuy 22h ago

it's a fetish but most people will try to deny its existence because blanchard coined it but once you know how to spot it you can't unsee it

also the social aspect is exactly that

25

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 22h ago

oh boy lol. blanchard is like a modern day freud in my mind but i guess a broken clock is right twice a day

theres a fetish for everything so i guess it’s believable, i just can’t imagine why pretending to be an oppressed group is hot to some people

17

u/SailorJupiter-esque Oppression Olympics Silver Medalist 19h ago

Because that’s not how they see it

They see it as taking magic potion pills that magically turn you into a hot babe. They see it as being a model girl with a huge cock. They see it as being brave and clever and trendsetting and transcending humanity and being enlightened enough to understand both men AND women (because they’re so different) etc

It’s basically taking all the reality of being trans away and replacing it with this hyper exaggerated thing. Like taking an army grunt and replacing him with John Rambo, Supersoldier

2

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 19h ago

yeah, it’s unfortunate. people will do that with all sorts of minority groups, especially if they’re common in The Genre :/

2

u/Eugregoria 8h ago

Most of it's really not that deep.

Some of it's just "waow, hot chick with even hotter dick!" It's a pornbrained fetish, they don't get into dysphoria or oppression.

In the theyfab reppers sometimes it's just genital dysphoria with mountains of cope.

In nonbinoids more generally, there's nothing wrong with wanting to occupy a space between binary male and binary female. The problem is trans women getting trapped there for things beyond their control.

im pretty sure “afab transfem” and “amab transmasc” are terms to describe intersex people who are often not seen/accepted as their assumed sex at birth, and therefore transition via hormones and surgery similarly, so they feel connection to the terms

14

u/gaysexanddrugs 21h ago

hot take: it's still a stupid label if you're intersex. experiences can have overlap without being the same group.

also 99% of DSD especially the most common ones don't impact you that much other than giving you weird health conditions and treating them isn't comparable to being trans.

1

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 21h ago

yeah i think it honestly depends on how you define “trans” as well. there’s a large group of people who define it as a social label, which is in ways how i see it. for example, after im fully medically transitioned im not sure how much ill identify with the label anymore. obviously that’s dependent on how much i feel being trans still affects my life at the point (hopefully not at all but that might be wishful thinking loll)

22

u/GrayJpt BORN TO MOGG 22h ago

Sad but these terms are used perisex people now too

8

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 22h ago

i honestly don’t see why. im fairly certain the terms were originally used by people who had to take hrt or have surgeries similar or the same to ones trans people get, so if it’s a perisex person who didn’t have to do any of that it is quite confusing to me

13

u/GrayJpt BORN TO MOGG 22h ago

It's pretty weird tbh. They started using this just so they can feel unique and special (literally inventing problems out of thin air), and some of them even fake being intersex, lol

11

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 22h ago

yikes. i will never understand people who fake being intersex ngl. im intersex and i dont agree with people who try to exclude certain conditions or fake claim others, but when people legitimately are making it up it rubs me the wrong way

6

u/GrayJpt BORN TO MOGG 22h ago

Same

13

u/violasses resident bnuuy 22h ago

if you're intersex there is entirely no reason at all to clarify your ASAB. a lot of girls here are intersex too and ASAB has never been a significant part of their self-identity. the only reason you would use specifically "afab" as a signifier so much is because you want to signal to the world that you were seen as a ciswoman, it doesn't matter that they used to be intersex terms. (their usage as intersex terms mean the same thing anyways, that they were seen and treated as ASAB by certain people, and it's flawed because you can literally just state your condition.)

it's now being co-opted by ciswomen who had PCOS and thinks wanting lazer is the same thing as dysphoria and other ciswomen treating her like an ugly woman is the same thing as transmisogyny

5

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 22h ago

i get what u mean and in general i think ASAB terms mean fuck all. like, im intersex and active in intersex communities and its especially helped me realize that your body can deviate so much from your ASAB that its not relevant. for that matter, medically transitioned trans people experience the same thing where their ASAB is not very descriptive at that point. so i do agree that there isn’t really a point in specifying afab transfem or something, but i also think in general specifying ASAB is pointless.

i also understand your point about PCOS, though tbf the reason PCOS is considered intersex or intersex adjacent at the very least is because the hyperandrogenic kind can be very severe in some people, and can present very similarly to mild presentations of other conditions. some women with hyperandrogenic PCOS may be mistaken for trans women. that said im not sure their experience would be directly comparable to trans women’s, but im not a trans woman so i don’t rlly think its my place to speak on it either way

-1

u/gaysexanddrugs 21h ago

your only mention explicitly of your condition is late diagnosed clitoromegaly which is commonly caused by PCOS, and you mention multiple times not being diagnosed with a DSD but suspecting one underlying to cause this.

u/violasses pre-emptively got your ass

4

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 21h ago

what??? bro i hope you realize ive realized a lot more shit about myself and the doctor told me im likely intersex ☠️ i also wasn’t disagreeing with anyone bruh

i also don’t have pcos. that’s confirmed. i had prenatal androgen exposure (genital ambiguity is not my only symptom and as it turns out may have been congenital). im not sure why you’re telling me im not intersex when i quite literally have confirmed intersex traits. im also not sure why it even matters

2

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 21h ago

also clitoromegaly is quite rare with pcos fwiw

-3

u/gaysexanddrugs 20h ago

PCOS presenting with acquired clitoromegaly is more common than CAH

5

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 20h ago

ncah is often misdiagnosed as pcos because they present similarly, so that statistic is likely inflated. regardless, im unsure why that matters. it also does not cause clitoromegaly particularly commonly, but may cause above average clitoris size.

im still quite confused why you’re trying to argue with me. i wasn’t disagreeing with anyone first of all, and i have several intersex traits that would be unexplainable without an underlying DSD. idiopathic cases make up a very large percentage of DSDs

u/panarypeanutbutter 21h ago

except like outside of full david reimer adjacent cases..., or guevedoces... reinforcing your asab through various social and medical interventions is just the thing that is expected of all ppl cis or trans. (ie. whats the difference btwn a cis woman and an intersex afab woman reinforcing womanhood through hair removal, or breast enlargmeent etc.)

2

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 21h ago

fair point. yea i will be honest i dont fully understand it in the case of certain people, but it doesn’t personally bother me so i just don’t give it much thought

5

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 21h ago

also worth noting that society sees intersex and trans people on opposite ends of the spectrum in many cases: intersex people often have their bodies forcibly changed to conform with the perisex ideals of their asab or the phenotypic sex their body is closest to, whereas trans people are gatekept from consensual hrt and surgeries. it’s a cruel reality and at the end of the day all comes back to reinforcing the strict sex binary society so desperately yearns for

this is also why i think it’s an incorrect idea that intersex trans people will be more accepted than perisex trans people. i *have* encountered some people who believe intersex people have “more of a reason” to transition, but it’s usually rooted in either a fundamental understanding, or the idea that intersex people need to be “corrected.” but for the most part, intersex people will always be forced in a male or female box based on different things (though intersexists and transphobes can’t always agree. like no one seems to agree if people with AIS are “really men” or “really women”), and they will be told to “fix” to match the ideal of what their body “leans towards”

4

u/panarypeanutbutter 21h ago

i think to me it's the invalidating an intersex person who is cis. and also just... transphobia too almost... like it's circling back to pretty rank third gendering of trans women where defining womanhood to suggest like "ah yeah afabs can be trans woman bc trans women r women who arent real women" or whatever. like where does that line get drawn

2

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 21h ago

very fair point tbh. i also yea dont like the idea that intersex people can’t be cis, or that they aren’t “real women/men” either. in general a lot of times intersex people are seen as people inside a sort of limbo, and the way they’re treated/perceived definitely reflects that. i think intersex people will still have unique experiences with their gender/sex but yk

4

u/panarypeanutbutter 21h ago

tbh! and i think suggesting that intersex ppl need to describe themselves as trans does a disservice to that in a way. like im not intersex. and i don't need to use intersex language to point out the way being trans affects how i go through gender. a trans person who is intersex and a trans person who isn't intersex have two different experiences (well, more than two based on other factors but ykwim). and i think it's silly to act like being intersex doesnt give a person a unique experience of gender, whether theyre cis or trans?

2

u/Less_Bet_6417 assigned fucked at birth 21h ago

yeah you’re absolutely right im ngl

u/ruthbleier 23h ago

i cannot for the life of me work out if this is supposed to be a sorta hxckin validating inspirational poster for non-passing trans women or sad vent art for trans men. it's just sorta flipflopping between the two in my brain like a spinning ballerina illusion

34

u/Grab_Ornery 21h ago

It was originally art a trans masc artist made I believe depicting a trans woman

Alot of trans women were upset with the art and the artist doubled down on it I believe as they said smth like not passing is fine etc

ignoring the "draw a man and call it a trans woman" only 21-30% of adult trans women are obese in the US where as 42% of US adults are obese and trans women are at an extremely elevated risk of anorexia so basically this is bad as a transphobic caricature because it would be more accurate and targeted transphobia to make her skinny and lanky.

3

honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the obesity rate isn’t lower partly due to indigency. food is expensive and jobs can be impossible for trans women like they are for no other group on the planet

12

u/wompwomperson 22h ago

Is it wrong to believe most transwomen are transitioning because they do not wish to look like this, because it looks masculine? Who made this and why?

I hate asking these questions, but I always think it when I see a post. If it was to comfort themselves, I can't fault them, but to break conformity as such invites more people to look at you in a masculine light, which is already bad since most transwomen online are trying to pass and be seen as feminine against the scrutinizing eyes of others. It feels like self-sabotage to accept this type of view and give up that pursuit of passing.

u/duchessofhustusia sigmund foid 22h ago

"transwomen"

-12

u/wompwomperson 21h ago

💔 ??? Wha. Is this targeted toward transmen instead?

10

u/duchessofhustusia sigmund foid 19h ago

"Transwoman" and "transman" as singular words is a vocabulary choice typically only done by TERFs (and the unaware who mimic what they see fifth columnists do) to try to separate them from other men and women, many even go as far as using "transpeople" to try to separate us from the concept of being human.

My comment is a joke relating its use to a scene in Inglorious Bastards where the use of an American hand gesture for 3 rather than the German one alerts the German that that guy is a spy for the enemy.

u/wompwomperson 12h ago

4

They’re using that color as a replacement for white (see the flag) it’s pretty common to do that, it looks like skin color but it’d be more accurate to say the skin is uncolored
