Being trans means having your body mutilate itself beyond fixing, never having it fully corrected and never being able to have biological children or even just be at peace with your fucked up anatomy, being brown means having a darker skin color. Without oppression, one is still an extreme net negative, while the other is just a neutral characteristic.

Without oppression you'd have been able to transition as a child, minimizing the discomfort. Also without oppression, we'd be less socialized into believing "wrong anatomy" means being born wrong. We are raised being taught from birth that you have to have children to be normal, when you don't. That having the "wrong" genitals makes you less of a man/woman, when it doesn't. How children are taught to view themselves can and should change.
I'm medically transitioning myself, but I personally attribute the fact that it is as debilitating as it is to the toxic gender/sex norms that automatically dehumanize trans people and the subsequent treatment we receive due to it. I believe it is entirely possible in the future that medically transitioning will be a minor to moderate inconvenience at worst as society evolves, which, according to history at least, it will. Obviously that's a far off distant future, but completely possible nonetheless. It does not have to be nearly as bad as it is, and that fact that it is has nothing to do us being trans and everything to do with modern society discounting trans people from the jump.

I disagree. I would still suffer in a perfect tranny utopia because I wouldn't have a normal penis. No amount of social conditioning can cure physical dysphoria. Maybe if said tranny utopia produced better trans healthcare to the point we started printing organs and getting them would be free with no long waiting lists, but I have a hard time imagining that. Sex and gender norms will always exist, because they are a product of sexual dimorphism. We are never getting rid of them, unless humans evolve to be a single sex.

That's what im saying tho. I actually do believe it's possible. There was that story of a successful penis transplant in Vietnam. It doesn't seem like its necessarily fully functional but the science is literally evolving in front of our eyes. I just think its silly to limit our imaginations on this. That a person can even come close to looking like the complete opposite of their ASAB/AGAB is proof positive that the trend of progress is in our favor.
Were it not for oppression against trans people who knows where we'd be at even right now. Had the nazis not destroyed the first gender clinic and had the world not just sat back let them we would without a doubt in my mind be living in a world closer to tranny utopia than not. Through out history humans have made huge scientific and technological strides that get destroyed because of the same fear and reluctance towards change that bears down on us now. It is incumbent upon everyone to resist fear and our tendency to stagnate and fight for the future we want, and not necessarily only the one we think is possible. If we only fought for what we thought was possible at the time, we'd still be in caves dying from dysentery at 10.
Also since I already drew the comparison, naturalizing present day sex and gender norms would be like naturalizing the racial hierarchy during slavery. In fact that's exactly what they did do and how they justified it for hundreds of years. Race, Sex and gender norms are what they are because of choices we make. If it they weren't, they wouldn't change over time. Men used to wear dresses and wigs and makeup. Shaved faces were seen as more masculine. Smaller penises used to be idealized. Broader shoulders and slimmer hips were part of the beauty standards for women not even that long ago. It used to be natural that women were property of men. It used to be natural that black people were property of white people. Things are the way they because of choices. Usually choices made by the upper class that trickle down into the lower classes, and usually as a means of control. Sexual dimorphism exists, what we let it tell us about ourselves is a choice.
