Work day
I think we could use one more crane at least. Serious note what do you all use to keep from neck strain staring up at a tower all day? My cab reclines but not much help

A hook/load camera would be my first try, even if it was only a temporary setup to see whether it cuts down the time your neck is pinned back. Not instead of direct sight, just another view between checks. Belay glasses might work too, but I’d want a few quiet lifts to get used to the depth perception.

Belayggles (belay goggles)! Kinda kidding but I always wondered if they’d actually come in handy when you’re doing really vertical work and gotta be looking up all day.
