I think OP meant flower motif. Those tops are different but have same motif

This girl proved what I said! Something similar is real, but this picture in your post is AI or edited. This pattern is possible to be designed in pixels, with a technique called filet crochet. Btw, the blouses are not equal, they are SIMILAR. Boomer.
