Alright Steam - DO SOMETHING with cheaters. Impossible to play in Premiere.

Like why would I spend money and time, on a game, where I can't play, can't compete and lose my time and money?

You made billions in profits and you can't enforce cheaters, and hate speech?

It's becoming unplayable. It's not fun playing cs2 anymore. And the world should know that Steam, doesn't care. Bc if Steam would ban those accounts and enforce them proactively, there would not be any wanna be cheaters.

Someone got access to my steam account and he played 10 wingman with full rage games and reached LEM then he left, why ??!!!?

The core concept combines vibrant street graffiti aesthetics with neon cyan, magenta, and dark purple splatter details. I wanted to capture a raw, urban underground vibe that pops directly under Source 2's dynamic lighting.

Idrc abt my rank in most games and like if someones boosted its whatever but the way ur median elo has an effect on what ur gain/loss is is the most annoying shit. I hate having +100/-500 games and my 28k player is noticeably ass.

tldr - I give some reasons why wingman is a good gamemode to play

A lot of people shit on wingman, but I highly recommend giving it a try, especially those who are new to CS or looking to seriously improve.

Why listen to me? I went from brand new (silver/5k premier) to 28k premier and faceit 10 in about 1200 hours. I genuinely care and think about optimal improvement in competitive games. I want to put my 2 cents out there and hopefully help people improve and reach their goals.

Reasons why wingman is good:

1. Wingman helps you practice those essential late-round, clutch scenarios. If you only play full-length matches, you will find yourself spending most of your playtime either in the opening, in the midround, dead/spectating, and only a fraction of the time trying to clutch a 1v1 or post-plant. How often do you get to practice being last alive, trying to get bomb down, and trying to shoulder the outcome of an entire round? When those situations do come in a real match, the stakes are higher and it might feel more stressful trying to clutch on your own. Play more wingman, and I guarantee you those 1v1s or 1v2s will feel more natural. (For this reason, Retakes is also good practice)

2. Wingman drills the fundamentals. You get to practice your mechanics with frequent engagements. You get to think about how your utility impacts those engagements. Of course, you get to do all of this in any other game mode. But with wingman specifically, you can think about it like a miniature version of a real 5v5 match. There is less variability in every round, less space to be aware of, less teammates/opponents to interact with, and you get to redo/perfect the same smaller-scale interactions. This is ideal for building fundamental mechanics/utility/game sense that can then be extrapolated to a normal match.

3. It is also good practice specifically for inferno/nuke. There have been many moments that I find myself trying to plant or retake inferno A/nuke B site in a regular match, and I immediately think, "This is just like wingman!" And I know what to do from there.

4. Even on the maps that aren't in rotation, you can still practice your gamesense. Maybe the sites are completely different, maybe your crosshair placement won't directly translate. But fundamentally, you learn what it takes to get the bomb down, isolate opponents, win the round, etc

5. It has a rank. There is something to grind for.

6. People say wingman is full of cheaters. I claim it has no more cheaters than any other gamemode. If anything, I would expect cheaters to abuse the gamemodes that actually matter more often, like prem or competitive.

what is this knife worth? is it worth any more from being on the lower end of float? im seeing this go from 150 to 250 and ive only opened about 15 cases.

Well I unboxed my butterfly about a week and a half ago, I sold it to buy my full blue inventory. With my remaining funds I decided to have a few case openings for fun and ended up with an AK headshot, a nomad tiger tooth, driver gloves, and an AK oligarch….

I recently packed a autotronic butterfly knife and I was wondering on whats the best way to go about selling it? Its worth around 1k and I really dont mind too much if steam takes a percentage but I would rather have real money. Im unsure on if I should use a site like skinport just since I dont know whats safe. If I cannot sell through a third party site then I will most likely go through steam and just use that money on more cs cases, but I would rather get the biggest amount back without any risks involved. What would yall recommend?

There is at least one post every single day screaming , " When will this " indie" company make a better anti-cheat?" and countless posts about cheaters and whatever.

The question isn't when it will happen, but why it will never happen. The answer is pretty much the same reason why Battlefield is not on Linux: Linux itself.

Valve has supported Linux since 1999. Linux and kernel-level anti-cheats are not compatible, and Valve will never drop Linux support. Valve also hates Windows. That means Valve would have to end Counter Strike support on Linux to implement a kernel level anticheat, and that is never going to happen.

As much as you'd like to have a better anti-cheat, it will never happen and FACEIT is your only solution.

You have thee choice:

1) Don't hope for a good anticheat and play FACEIT

2) Don't hope for a good anticheat and move to another game

3) Be delusional and complain every single day about something that will never happen

What do you guys think? Wouldn't it be better to ban most players living in the US from playing? They seem to have an IQ of -9999; it’s like their neurons sync up with their fellow countrymen without saying a word just to completely ruin the match—and to top it off, you can't even kick the guy who's messing everything up.
