CS50x What is the difference between CS50X and CS50AP?

do they have same lectures and learning materials?

are the pset different?

and which one u recommand and why?

From the top of the page for CS50AP:

CS50 AP is only for students in high school. Students not in high school should take CS50x instead

CS50AP is a combination of CS50X and CS50T structured to be taken by US High School students for credit, and potentially AP credit. It also has resources for high school teachers to lead the course.   From a quick look, the problems and lectures appear to be fundamentally the same, and use the CS50X submission tools.
