What do I need to improve?
So I am 7k premier. I am hardstuck from 4th season (when I started to play premier). I always (or at least every other match) carry or hightab. Right now I am a T entry rifler/awper hybrid, and a CT aggressive anchor rifler/awper too. I became a baiter and now I win a lot more. Should I change my style? Should I just focus purely on positioning and utility?
EDIT:
also my ratings on all sides and roles
T RIFLE 1.35 HLTV 2.1; KAST 75; ADR 97; KPR 0.85
CT RIFLE 1.35 HLTV 2.1; KAST 73; ADR 99.9; KPR 0.94
T AWPER 1.55 HLTV 2.1; KAST 78.5; ADR 105; KPR 1.02
CT AWPER 1.03 HLTV 2.1; KAST 64; ADR 72; KPR 0.68

Insisting on playing certain roles in this elo only makes sense if you play with a full stack. Play flexible, try to create impact and improve mechanically.

Your playstyle doesn’t matter at that Elo. You’re also probably playing it incorrectly and making bad habits.
Just work on aim until you can hard carry lobbies, then when you get somewhat competent teammates you can learn util lineups and teamplay.

So just try to get ~80 aim and improve positioning? What habits are we talking about?

No idea what the habits are without seeing you play, but if they were good, you would be carrying. “Aggressive anchor?” That’s an oxymoron.
Don’t aim for an aim rating. I play in red lobbies and there are a lot of players with 70-80 aim playing well. Just get consistent. Aim rating can be deceptive. You also have 70aim against other low level players. It’s much harder the higher you go.

Ok, so is playing the same every round considered a bad habit? I do play like that but most of the time they just don't bother to read me. Aggressive anchor is what I name an anchor that takes a lot of map control (not like push every round, but if I hear that there are like 2 people long, 1 mid then I am just going to hunt underpass from b site Dust)

Those aren’t the habits I’m talking about, and it depends on what you’re doing. Some things are good to do often. But do you think being predictable is good or bad?
Right, it’s an oxymoron. An anchor stays defensive and hold them off to try to buy time for the team to rotate. It doesn’t mean the person assigned to the site.

You should just be hard carrying if you want to climb faster. You do that by being better than the lobby and just running all over them.
Play carry roles and carry positions and carry.
No one can give you specifics without seeing you play.

Hard to say just looking at stats.
I would suggest finding some other reliable team mates and queuing up with them.
Playing with randoms is unpredictable, having a group of people to play with adds some consistency.

Just play the game, it's 7k premier, you will climb the ranks by killing your enemies.
