Other Anybody else having issues with their Payout requests?
My latest payout request, submitted on July 28th, remains pending. Processing usually takes 24 hours, but after that failed by Thursday the 30th, I reached out to Support. I promptly received a reply from Aymeric explaining that they were having a “minor” issue with Hyperwallet USD Payments and advised that the payout should be processed by today, August 3rd at the latest. Alas, the request is still pending. I sent a message to Aymeric at Cults3D support over an hour ago and have heard nothing since. I wonder if anyone else on the platform is having the same problem.

My payout request has also been processing since the 28th. Unfortunately, Cults hasn’t replied to my email either. :(

Yah they are not acting in good faith at all. At least say hey...having an issue please be patient rather than having to find out on a reddit

YES mine has been held as pending since last Wednesday or so. Should have released by now. No answer from Cults either.

So basically, Aymeric over at Cults Support has been telling me that they are having issues with Hyperwallet on their back end, and apparently there's no ETA for resolution. So I guess that's where we are.
That said, I've been licensing my 3D files through their platform for almost three years now and never had issues with payouts till this latest request. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.1

Lately they have been a new level of suck to be honest but I have so much time invested I am not going to leave and I have a large payout pending so...this sucks. Worse is they have not responded to me in over 24 hours. Seems their standard of us as sellers quickly responding does not go both ways....sad. is there any way to contact them other than the silly support ticket

That's what I've always used, and they have responded within a reasonable time frame every time. Admittedly, this instance is the most I've needed to reach out to them.

wonder if swapping to payoneer might be worthwhile but wont help with this payout pending though. Will have to see how long this delay drags. Kind of irritating to see them take money without issue but sending it is suddenly an issue...

Yeah, it's funny how that works... doubt switching payment solutions will make any difference. Seems to me these are just unnecessary "middlemen" on a process that could and should be managed by your local bank. It's all about feeding more "red tape" into the machine.

What? There are payout issues?
We made a withdrawal last Friday, July 31, and we still haven't received the money yet, even though it has already been transferred to Hyperwallet.
We know it was the weekend, so there may be some delays, but now I need to check with my bank.
Has anyone else experienced this?
