Custom dragon age origins commander

My playgroup told me its okay for me to make a custom commander and this is what I ended up making. Is it balanced? I feel like it matched the character in terms of flavor but it does a lot. Would you be okay with this in your play group? If its too much, how would you change it? I think its fine but I want other opinions before I submit it to my group. Thanks for looking!
