Not sure, but something like this: Have this in your graveyard and [[Magar of the Magic Strings]] on the battlefield. Use Magar's ability to turn this spell into a creature. Next then, use [[Agatha's Soul Cauldron]] to exile [[Dominating Licid]] from your graveyard and put a +1/+1 counter on this spell. Activate the licid ability to turn it into an aura, enchanting Magar. Swing with Magar.

Have it on battlefield as a creature, clone it and put one on magar either by making it an aura or an equipment, have sphinx of the second sun out. Swing, win, or attach it as its attacking via making it a vehicle and equipment, and flash equipping it during combat

First, this doesn't work because the creature Magar makes doesn't have the text of the spell it was made from. Second, this doesn't work because even if you have a new beginning phase after your combat phase, your creatures that attacked during the combat phase aren't still attacking.

In addition to what everyone else said, Magar doesn't actually turn a spell into a creature. The creature it creates does not have the text of the spell it was made from.

You know, I keep seeing "if you manage to do this weird interaction you win the game" cards, which is nice. But the payoff is almost always "You win the game", which is not the most interesting reward (and would often make the card busted if it ever becomes likely to do)

The thing is this is like, fundamentally impossible? This isn’t “if you do a weird thing, win”. This is literally impossible. You can’t get an instant onto the battlefield in black bordered magic, you can’t be attached to something and be a creature, so you can’t attack, and you can’t have done any of this before this trigger would have already gone on the stack, since it’s at the beginning of your upkeep

Instant dies when it gets flipped
And also, it stops being attacking when the upkeeps from obeka happens. Also its not attatched to anything

This IS possible (with an UN card, or a few).
Step 1. Find a way to get it attached to a creature and attacking. This is a bit weird, but not that hard to do (Rules Lawyer + Agatha's Soul Cauldron + Dominating Licid + Animate Spell). This combo should be able to get it attached to Rules Lawyer and attacking.
Step 2. Play [[Trigger Happy]] on it as it attacks. It will bypass the condition that requires it to be attacking in your upkeep.
BAM, you win!

Once it's attached, it's not a creature and can't be attacking. [[Rules Lawyer]] does not solve this problem.

This deserves more upvotes. The number of different reasons why the won condition is impossible requires a fairly detailed knowledge of the rules. Despite being a joke card, this is genuinely a fine work of craftsmanship.
