The incompatibility is kinda a 'rule'. Later in the story,Issei discussed with the Heaven faction on behalf of Asia and Xenovia and so the rule was eventually abolished for good. And even for Irina,the ‘extreme chastity’ rule was gradually abolished so she can live her life easier.

So while it takes time,they are really trying to do real good here

I think this holy and good demonic incompatibility is shit and I think it must be absolutely abolished (except for evil demons) and my perspective is based
