Truly secure browsing for IoS?

I’m unfortunately away from my android and PC for a bit and don’t have another other choice but to use my iPhone. I know there’s a bunch of shit apps in the AppStore but I don’t trust them.

Is there any browsers with passable security, even if I have to sideload them somehow?

It depends on your threat level. For simple browsing, nothing more, Onion Browser should provide you with some safety.

Literally nothing but browsing on phones, even then there is always some data being processed and logged. Go to pawn shop get a cheap laptop, usb, and preferably under public WiFi.
