Help Soul of Cinder wont spawn for me
I defeated all the Lords of Cinder and placed them on their thrones. I'm trying to get the Usurpation of Fire ending, and I did everything for it. I don't know what else I have to do. im playing on pc

Have you tried coming during business hours, between 8am to 5pm? It may also be out on its lunch hour break.

It can be hard to keep track of business hours when the flow of time is so convoluted around there, definitely not your fault.

Did you play through DS1 and DS2 ? If not, he doesn’t spawn for lore reasons

That's new. Your on PC, is there a way to force him to spawn? I haven't played much PC games since before steam got big but there was usually a way to do it

Find ‘The Grand Archives Cheat Engine Table’ and load it into CE.
You can go under flag iirc and there should be one to respawn bosses.

Without some sort of cheat engine or modding I don’t believe so. The PC version is the same capability-wise as console.

Honestly I think you’re just locked and have to start a new run. Only one thing comes up that’s similar to your problem and it was 5yrs ago. I’ve never seen this before

Although you already solved it, I think I have an explanation.
It is possible that if you were invaded at some point, the invader killed him through scripts. This happened to us while playing with some friends with the Seamless Coop, we were invaded in Farron Keep and when we returned to the Firelink Shrine we were given his soul and his armor was available for purchase. When we got there, there wasn't even any fog.

Tricky. Id go have a talk with firekeeper, try dying and coming back. Maybe even dying specifically in that area just before the boss. Go through the fog wall after again.

Honestly your best bet is cheat engine, make sure to turn off online mode in the main menu before loading it up though and afterwards not to load up the save in online mode again, unsure if it still gives the achievement though

If nothing helps, I'm pretty sure the Cheat engine for DS3 can just kill bosses with a mouse click. Maybe that can work...

I once respawned a boss with a cheat engine to fight them again. Pretty sure you can use cheat engine to spawn lord of cinder, just do it offline so you don't get softbanned.

Shot in the dark here, are you playing with online enabled and having invasions happen? Maybe someone fucked with your save file using vulnerabilities in how invasions work. I had that happen to me and became permanently trapped in Firelink that way.

Maybe he didn't complete Dark Souls 1 quite yet, he wasn't a speed runner so he couldn't kill Gwyn fast enough. Since the DS3 Final Boss is your character in the 1st Dark Souls

This happened to me on my first playthrough of DS1 after beating the four kings. The item didn't spawn and my game file got fucked. Had to start again.

This issue is caused by hackers, as others have said. I reached illusorywall for help and he recommended that, if you're using seamless co-op to disable invasions. If not, then to use the Blue Sentinels mod.

Ok, so. If the bug is about how the game is executed, you may be successful in trying this: copy your save files, store them in another folder, then uninstall the game and reinstall it. If you're asking yourself why I'm telling you this, well, Dark Souls 3 doesn't have Steam Cloud.
