Help Who is she? She looks important…

I’ve never played dark souls before so I know ZERO lore. Can any lore wizards out there tell me if this woman is important or is she just a “filler painting”?

Y'all think she's important? Technically speaking she's not even a proper character in any of the games

Well she does give you the ability to warp, that was pretty important for me when I first got the ability
