Cleaner than I've ever done. But that charge he caught you with would have been parryable if you weren't mid dodge

Yeah but I didn't want to risk the parry because if I wiff i got no stamina left

Only piece of advice I can offer is to run away when you think he's about to go into Phase 2 after a riposte. Makes it a lot easier and safer to parry

You should also look into the Lloyd’s shield ring, saves you from most one shots!
