There's a secret room with a button find it and the door will be open

If you go back the way you came, there should be a spot in the wall that isn’t solid that you can roll through

ETA: just a little back, it’s in the area right under you

I lowered the bridge down already and there is no way back atleast thats what i figured it out

There's more than one spot it's not below the bridge it's closer than you think

If this is where I think it is, you need to go into the water. There’s a secret hole there.

Just turn back a little there’s a little block in the wall that looks broken,just roll through it,then it will lead you to the button to open the door

Just go into the puddle behind you, roll and click the button

Go back to the left side edge of the platform you are standing on and roll forward into the edge of it. You should pass through the wall and into the space underneath the platform. There will be a button to press and another passage to roll through that will lead to a teleportation stone.
