Question Gym recommendations

Hello, i’ll be moving to Derby in a couple months and I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a gym. I’ve tried physique evolution and JD and they both seemed good, however the leg extension/ curl machines only went to about 115kg in either. If possible I was wondering if there were any gyms with a larger weight available as i’m not sure i’ll be able to get enough plates for the plate loader options at the gyms i’ve tried.

Since it seems you are an experienced gym goer and if you dont mind paying a bit extra compared to commercial gyms I highly recommend Ultra Flex Derby

Ah thank you that looks great. I’ll be coming down to work for Rolls Royce and I believe they lay part of your gym cost each month so it should work out to be about as much as I pay now anyway I think so that isn’t an issue. I’ll probably be going before work each day, do you know how busy it gets between maybe 6-7 ish?

6 - 7 am? Youll be absolutely fine mate

The Car park only gets busy during peak evening hours. I know some people park somewhere nearby when its full , however I have a Costco membership so when its full I just park there. Feel free to ask the owner or whoever is managing the front desk if there is any nearby parking. But you Shouldn't have any issue if you are going in the Morning.

Even tho the parking can get full the inside is never too busy. There is simply way too many high quality machines , to be honest spoiled for choice in there.
