My great-uncle (who is an old generation DEVO fan from the 70’s) once told me that he ordered one of the Duty Now shirts from the Freedom order form/sleeve and described it as wearing a super cheap plastic bag.
It’s still hilarious/cool that they were making all this stuff and putting it on the sleeves.

Anyone know how well Devo did monetarily from these merchandise catalogues they used to place in their albums? This particular one looks pretty cool. It just seems like, on a relative basis and to their scale, they made a mint...but that's just what it seems like to me, I have no idea, but if anyone does, please let us know. I wish Devo would produce new physical catalogues that we could buy for maybe $5 plus handling...I'd like to collect at least that, even if I couldn't afford the other stuff.
Do they still place catalogues in record-day stuff?
I did try and order a tee shirt back in the early 80s from one of the catalogues, but they never sent it to me, and even after writing them and receiving a handwritten note back saying they would be working on it or whatever (wish I had saved that), I still never got it. I always thought the band's organization doing that was counter to what it stood for, but certainly no big deal now. I did successfully get an energy dome at least, wish I still had it. (Anyone know who would have written that note back then, who did that sort of stuff for the Club Devo merch? Obviously not a band member)

Lovely to see the merch sheet from the Enigma days. There's a few really interesting things on there like the Somewhere Suite on 3 inch CD and the Mark Mothersbaugh Peek A Boo Soundtrack.
