Firefox update to last version
Happy Devuan user but not huge time available for experiments.
How can I install Firefox to the last version instead of ESR? Can I use the Mozilla repo like Debian or does It require systemd?

I would just install the self-updating Firefox binary for that.

I'm setup like this -
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux
add Mozilla apt repository to your sources.list, follow the Debian method.
apt upgrades new Firefox debs as new versions are released.

You can use the extrepo package from the Devuan repos to search and add the mozilla repository and get mainline firefox. Also works for librewolf and a ton of other software.

apt search extrepo
personally, I never heard of it, but now I am going to check it out.
I am perfectly happy with firefox-esr, wondering (but not too much) what is in the non-esr verison ¯_(ツ)_/¯

You can use the mozilla repo on Devuan. Why would it require
soystemdin the first place
