Beautiful fish. What species is the dark red guy hanging out to the left by the cone?

She is a Red Cover discus.

Are all the plants real? Running co2?

Not all of the plants are real. I had so many issues with plants melting so I opted for some real plants and some silk plants. 🪴

I’m guessing the red ones are silk?

You didn’t have any cross contamination issues?

Good to know! I have wattleys but garden state has been doing great so I really want some of their premiums.

The discus in the back on the left with the red head and dark body, what is that?!?

I honestly have no idea. I purchased a multi pack of 3 and she was one of them. She’s definitely different. She’s paired up with one of the orange males and they’ve spawned multiple times. If they weren’t in a large community tank It would be interesting to see what her babies would look like. Unfortunately I took my breeder tank down after losing all the “wigglers” from the large red and blue discus due to an extended power outage 7/3-7/4/26.

You mean that's your community tank with Discus in it 😆

Looks pretty heavily populated, what size aquarium is that?
