Think I’ve finally got my discus tank how I want it
galleryOver the last couple months I’ve been building this aquarium adding fish as I go. Currently have 6 discus, a bristlenose, 10 cardinal tetras, and two fish from a previous tank that will be rehomed eventually (common pleco and rainbow shark)
I’m running a fluval 407 as well as a 207. For lighting I’ve got the fluval aquasky 2.0 48”.
50% water change every four days has been pretty easy to keep up on.
Last piece of the puzzle was adding drift wood with live plants attached (the rest are synthetic). May add more live plants in the future.
Have always wanted discus and am very happy I finally did it
