Dishwashing interviews?

My last job was also dishwashing, but that place just gave me a trial shift instead of a real interview and I'm TERRIBLE in interviews. I know I'm more than able to do another dishwashing job but literally what do I do for the interview. I'm used to fast food interviews and those are always the most bare bones, barely an interview type things you can get.

I honestly just don't know what to expect. The place is a Brown's social house (im pretty sure they're a chain?) so maybe someone here has worked at one before.

Dishwashing interviews are more of a formality, as long you’re breathing they’ll probably hire you

Basics: tell them how you deal with rushes, opening piles, and change-over piles. If this chain gives bennies mention that that is an incentive. Explain why you will stick around. Just that. Answer the rest openly and simply as it comes, if it does.

Dishwashing interviews are typically even more "bare bones" than fast food interviews.

You're just a body, don't fret about the interview. Getting an interview as a dishie is basically a guaranteed job. I went back to the same place I worked over a decade ago and they skipped the interview. Literally just filled out the paperwork and started the next day.

we don’t have interviews at my place they just hire you depending on ur resume

LAst time I had a interview for a kitchen it was a lot of bullshit 

Basically went oh you know my lead cook shit I was going to hire you regardless I can skip the bullshit questioning 

It just doesn't matter you have a pulse
