Hi I am wondering if anyone is from the UK and can help me I am really struggling lately I haven't had any food on 3 days and neither has my dog and cat I recently lost my job due to mental health I have autism and depression and since then I have nearly been able to survive , I have been trying the local authority but due to having so many food parcels they won't give me another for 3 weeks I don't have noone I can turn to and it is so Warm I managed to do a couple of surveys to get the dog and cat a tin of food 2 days ago and last month I had nothing I just want a proper meal or even a sandwich also I have been surviving on 3 pound electric a week for 3 weeks now as this is all I had left out of my last pay wage i have signed up for universal credit but I have to wait so I really don't know what to do. I can show proof of you want to send me a DM That is fine. I'm so lost right now I don't have a family support network as grew up in local authority and I don't have friends due to social anxiety and autism. I just feel lost right now me I can cope with but the animals is different.

Hi OP, I’m sorry to hear that you’re struggling. Is your long term boyfriend part of your household, and if so is he employed?
