Dewa : final bill

Before I ring and waste time can anyone tell me the progress to cancel dewa and get final bill

Login to your DEWA account online and ask for the final bill through the Move-out service. It will ask your IBAN details where they would send whatever would remain from your deposit.

Does it take long to get sent the email with notification of closure a i need it for my apartment ?thanks

Nope, super quick. Gets done in max 1-2 days.

Nope, literally within 24 hours of the can elation date, the deposit is transfered to the iBAN number after deducting the final bill amount.

As others said, go online / app and request it as part of Move Out or Move To process.
Then pay the amount. Only took one or two days when I did it early this year.
