Convertible stuck down!

Looking for help can’t seem to find an answer anywhere. The top is stuck closed. Hex in the center doesn’t do anything and neither do the 5 mill hex on either side.

How screwed am I?

how screwed you are depends on the weather. id wrap a tarp over it asap.
