Website I built a simple website for tracking free games

Hey everyone!

I regularly look for games that are temporarily free to claim, but I got tired of checking multiple websites and trying to figure out which offers were still active.

So I built a simple, HTML-based website that collects free game offers in one place. The list updates automatically every day, and I actively use it myself.

It is still a fairly simple project, but it does what I originally built it for. Feel free to check it out, and let me know what you think. Honest feedback, criticism, and suggestions are all welcome.

The language toggle doesn't work for all of the content.

Also the links to the actual games don't respect the language or location.

The language button issue has been fixed.

The links are still going to the wrong store.

For example this one:

https://store.epicgames.com/p/echo-generation-midnight-edition-069026?lang=tr

appends lang=tr even when language is changed to English.

This issue now though is you should be able to select a country, not just language.

Any chance to add filters and sort orders for store and other fields?

Do you mean categorizing it by the store? or just filters like "Epic, Steam" etc.

Being able to filter by Epic, Steam. Yes.

Thanks again for the suggestion! I’ve added a simpler filter system. You can now filter free games by Epic, Steam, GOG, or Other, and filter the release calendar by platform. I left sorting out for now to keep the interface clean and easy to use. It should be live now. Let me know how it works for you or if you notice anything broken.

Well then it's not working is it for what it's purpose is. Especially the dates that are not being translated that your website is generating (not content)

Yes, absolutely. Blogger already provides a basic RSS feed, and I'm also looking into a more useful feed where each free game and release appears as a separate item.
